These terms apply to services supplied by Dominika Web Studio in Gothenburg, Sweden. Contact, contractual and invoicing details are stated in the quotation, agreement and invoice.
1. Application
These terms apply to web design, online shops, automation, consulting and related digital services ordered by businesses. A website enquiry is not a binding agreement. An agreement begins only when both parties have accepted a proposal or project agreement in writing.
2. Scope and changes
Deliverables, schedule, included revisions and price are stated in the proposal. Work outside the agreed scope is quoted separately. The schedule may change if the client provides content, access or feedback late.
3. Price and payment
Website prices are starting prices and exclude VAT where VAT applies. Unless otherwise agreed, 50% is invoiced before work begins and 50% before launch or final delivery. Smaller assignments may be invoiced fully in advance. The client is responsible for external costs such as domains, hosting, licences and third-party services.
4. Cancellation and pauses
If the client cancels after work has begun, completed work and costs already incurred remain payable. An advance payment is refunded only to the extent that it exceeds the value of completed work and committed costs. Projects delayed by missing client content or responses may be paused and rescheduled.
5. Client responsibilities
The client is responsible for ensuring that supplied content, images, trademarks and personal data may be used lawfully and are accurate. The client must review and approve content and functionality before launch.
6. Intellectual property
After full payment, the client receives the usage rights to the final client-specific deliverables stated in the project agreement. Pre-existing tools, methods, templates, licences and third-party materials remain the property of their respective owners. Unless agreed otherwise, Dominika Web Studio may display the project in its portfolio without disclosing confidential information.
7. Third-party services and liability
Hosting, payments, integrations and other third-party services are subject to their providers’ terms and availability. Dominika Web Studio is not responsible for interruptions or changes outside reasonable control. Liability for indirect loss, lost profit or loss of data is excluded to the extent permitted by law. Any liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected service.
8. Law and contact
Swedish law applies. The parties will first attempt to resolve disputes through dialogue. Questions may be sent to hello@dominikawebstudio.com.
