2. Data we process

We may process names, email addresses, company details, project information, correspondence, agreements, invoice and payment information, and technical information required for website security and operation. • Delivering and administering projects: performance of a contract.
  • Invoicing, accounting and regulatory requirements: legal obligation.
  • Protecting the website and managing legal claims: legitimate interests.

4. Recipients and providers

Data may be processed by providers of email, hosting, accounting and, when payments are activated, Stripe. Only data needed for each service is shared. Providers may process data under contractual and applicable data-protection requirements.

5. Retention and international transfers

Data is retained only as long as needed for the enquiry, project, warranties, legal claims or statutory accounting. Where a provider processes data outside the EU/EEA, applicable safeguards are used, such as the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.

6. Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or data portability and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Contact hello@dominikawebstudio.com. You may also complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY). Some information may need to be retained where required by law.
