A focused review of offer clarity, trust, mobile navigation and the route to enquiry or booking. A prioritised set of recommendations your team can act on.
I help turn a business brief into a clearer customer journey, a focused website or landing page, and a practical handoff. Start with one defined paid assignment.

Page structure, conversion copy, responsive HTML/CSS and straightforward interactions. Existing platform requirements are checked before agreeing the work.
Service-page organisation, multilingual content structure, titles, internal links and practical search-readiness checks, with clear implementation notes.
A paid pilot could be a customer-journey review, one landing page, or a contained website improvement. We agree scope, dependencies, price, deadline and acceptance criteria before work begins.
No open-ended commitments. Further work is scoped separately after the pilot.
One brief, one owner and an agreed update rhythm. Access, supplied assets and feedback dates are identified up front. New requirements are discussed before changing the scope.
We agree who communicates with the client, confidentiality and handoff responsibilities. Work under your brand can be discussed as part of the engagement.
DWS is my live own-business project. Salon and local-business examples are self-initiated concepts. They demonstrate decisions and design work; they are not presented as commissioned launches or measured client results.
My strongest implementation work is straightforward front-end and AI-assisted development. Complex integrations, backend engineering and unfamiliar platforms require a separate feasibility check.
Send a brief, a page that needs attention, or a delivery bottleneck. I will suggest a bounded first assignment and explain what information I need to scope it.
